No Refunds. No exchanges on Layaways and special orders.Layaways are valid for 2 years. Layaway purchasers must notify the store 10-20 days in advance of delivery or pick up. Additional fee will apply to 3rd + floor walk ups, per flight. Customer is responsible for merchandise to fit in their house, up to $200 PER PIECE fee will apply if merchandise does not fit. Any cancellation will result in a 25% fee of the total amount. It shall be the responsibility of the buyer or representative of to examine and inspect merchandise when delivered or picked up. Damaged merchandise must be reported to the store and the delivery person at the time of delivery. Any shortage/complaints must be noted on the delivery ticket, no claims will be allowed afterwards. Any customer not home on a confirmed delivery date will be charged a re delivery fee. We do not set up any ready to assemble furniture or coffee table sets. All refuse must remain at delivery site as we do not take back any packaging materials. Sorry no COD.
